Tackle football and some Mario!

So today was fun..a day off! Well kinda. I woke up at noon knowing i had to do some gardening for an elderly woman in the trailor park. I got there and she was like, "oh thank you so much for coming, but someone already did it"....grrrr this is the second time i've gone to help her and been told that. So i went, did nothing all afternoon..then Matt, Lindsay and Blue came up and we played some tackle/touch football...it was kinda fun....then we all hid from Daryl, Jordan and Matt....then Lindsay and I ran away from everyone else..then we got some food and headed back to Pine Lodge for some super mario bros. 3! It was fun..we did the when you die you hand Mario to the next person. People got quite annoyed when i went from World 5 to middle of world 7 without dying. Finally i died on a time out. I was quite annoyed. Anyway today was a good day. Tomorrow should be alright as well i'm going to lunch with my mom and sister (whom i haven't seen since December). Should be ace. Anyway, yea.

the kitchen, the fly, and the hair

Ok..so today was an interesting day. The day started for me at 6:31am when i arrived in the kitchen. Oh what a morning! Do this do that prepare breakfast for people..it was really fun actually. Then..that went for a bit, they ate, we ate, prepped for lunch, they ate, we ate..then i went to my second favourite place on Camp..the Canteen! To sit, for TWO hours, and do NOTHING but wait and wait and wait for WHAT? 3 people buying drinks. Big whoop. Anyway, during this time i had an interesting encounter with a fly. Usually when i see a fly i take my shoe off and smoosh it..but i was too lazy. So i let him fly..and he got caught in a ginormous spider web. So as i sat there and watched the events unfold..a spider crawled out from inside the window and slowly made his way to eat this poor defenceless fly. Vrrrrt. Hang on. It's not everyday i resist killing a fly so i wasn't about to just sit there and let some 8 legged creature ruin my good mood towards flies. So quickly, i grabbed windex and shot the spider. And sprayed and sprayed until i couldnt spray it no more. And thats that..oh but i accidentally got some windex on the fly and he died. Oh well. Its the thought that coutns right? and then later..right after the Steak n' potatoes..Daryl cut my hair. Its short but not overly short. So i like it. Anyway..its 8pm now..a longs days work. Tomorrow kent is up..so i cleaned my room..looks nice..so we can room for 3 months i think. Maybe. depends what ye olde bosse says. Anyway, hope u had a good time reading this drizzle. God Bless!

Spring Crew

Well...its been like 4 months since i did one of these...and a friend keeps bugging me to do it again..so here i am. Well..i'm on Spring Crew right now..and other than 12 hour days..it ROCKS!! Me, dionne, jess, laura, jenny, and twix (i think she has a real name..) have been cleaning and cleaning and chopping and cleaning and scraping and cleaning and driving and cleaning and eating and cleaning for 3 weeks now! Under the supervision of Bruce, Maggie and Ron, we've cleaned almost everything! But i must say, its been a joy, and now..we all have our own like monikers and stuff...stuff we'ere all somewhat good at...and its just been good..yea..what more to say..i'm glad to note that at the beginning of spring crew i must have gone 5 or 6 days without an injury..an Ian best! and then it all went downhill, from a wasp sting, to the powerwashing of my foot, to a rash and a lump, its really been a rollercoaster of fun! Note the hint of sarcasm. Yep. Total sarcasm. Love it.

Anyway...i should get going..its a day off and i'm still awake. Something isn't right. To close. one word: Hellooooooo?
