Luggage

So, last night at the worship service we watched a video by Rob Bell named, Luggage. I'm not going to bore with the details..but basically it was saying if we try and handle a past situation by ourselves we're basically saying we don't trust Jesus to do it for us. And i realised, their was something i've struggled to do for almost a decade, a forgiveness i havent been able to do..and i did it. Yea..also, last week at the worship service a song really stuck in my head that kinda tied in with myself and how i felt about the whole luggage thing. It's called "Fix You" by Coldplay. here are the lyrics:

well..they're a little smooshed but the verse that has stuck with me most is the one with the line "i promise you i well learn from my mistakes" cuz really, realising that i had to forgive this person was basically telling for the past who knows how long i hadnt learned from my mistakes and i've kinda held on to this bit oh hatred i had., But now i have...all because of a video in an airport. Wow.
